1 Can the sessions take place in person and online?

I only provide online therapy.

2 How much does a session cost?

The sessions are 45 or 60 minutes . Couples therapy is 60 minutes .

Individual Therapy (45 minutes)

1400 SEK / 90 EUR

Package (5 x 45 minutes)

6000 SEK / 430 EUR

Individual Therapy (60 minutes)

1700 SEK / 110 EUR

Couples Therapy (60 minutes)

1800 SEK / 120 EUR
Package Couples Therapy (5 x 60 minutes)

3 Can you cancel a session?

It is fine to cancel up to 24 hours before a booked visit. No-shows and cancellations later than that will be charged.

4 Do you have a duty of confidentiality and non-disclosure?

Yes, this means that I do not share your information with others, except in certain legal exceptions. For example, if you are found to have committed a crime that would result in a prison sentence of at least two years. If you are under 18 years of age and I think that you are in danger, that you have committed or been exposed to a serious crime, I may be obliged to contact your guardians, Social Services and the police.
